This year is not going to be a normal Thanksgiving with dressing up, seeing all your family, football, stuffing your face and ending it off going Black Friday shopping. No matter if you are seeing family or keeping it small with the people in your household here are a few outfit ideas to bring some normalcy back.

Keeping it Casual

If you are planning on eating a large meal on Thanksgiving day a jacket might be your best friend! Denim on denim has been coming back recently but I can't convince myself to try it BUT for some reason I can convince myself to wear denim on denim if its black jeans, odd I know. For this look I paired the cutest ivy colored top with an over sized jean jacket, black jeans and black booties.

Pops of Print

If you know me you know my love of animal print so no surprise that I reached for these leopard print heels to dress up this look. Heels and jeans are one of my all time favorite looks, it just makes you feel so put together and classy without having to wear a dress. Hats have been my new favorite accessory lately so I decided this was the perfect look to pair it with, the strap on the base of the hat although you can't see it, matches my shoes perfectly.

Sold on Stripes

I found these statement pants at Altar'd state the other week and I wasn't quite sold, after trying them on my cousin convinced me they were a need... so I purchased them. After bringing them home, cutting off at least 6 inches of the bottom due to my lack of height, and styling them for this blog post I fell in love! They are the perfect burnt orange color along with the fact that the vertical stripes create the illusion of longer legs! I paired my favorite plain black sweater from American eagle with a western-style belt and black target booties from last fall.

Whether you are celebrating Thanksgiving over zoom or in person remember to tell your family you love them! Happy Thanksgiving y'all

XOXO,

Carolina
