The day has come where we are finally able to walk the halls of Linganore High School. February 16th, 2021 marked the first day back learning in the building since March 13th, 2020. The majority of the LHS students have been waiting for this day, especially the senior class. This blog post is going to feature the different back-to-school (hybrid learning) outfits that many students wore.

THE PRESIDENT & STYLE ICON:

To start off this blog post here is the president herself, Carolina Heister. Carolina styled this super cute and simple black tank top from Francesca’s with an oversized corduroy jacket from Princess Polly. She paired the tank and jacket with ripped jeans from Aeropostale and her Air Force 1’s.

CASUAL & CUTE STYLE FOR THE VP:

Following in Carolina’s footsteps as a possible fashion merchandising major, the vice president, Maeve Smarick. She paired these black ripped jeans from American Eagle with a super cute and simple sweater from TJ Maxx. This outfit is one that most people will be wearing during this winter season back at school.

ALL NEUTRAL:

Don’t get me wrong I do love to dress down and be comfortable, but I was dying to wear all of the nice clothes that were catching dust in my closet. My first day back to school outfit featured American Eagle black jeans, paired with a white blouse from Altar’d State, and a super cute vest from Francesca's to top it all off.

THE LAYERING QUEEN:

Tabitha has mastered the edgy style look! She was able to incorporate a must-have item in your closet at all times, which is a graphic tee. She paired her oversize queen t-shirt from American Eagle with a turtleneck white long sleeve from Amazon. To complete the look she wore maroon leggings and her AF1’s.

DRESS UP FOR ONLINE SCHOOL:

Ashlyn is a fashion club member that decided to stay all virtual during hybrid learning. Even though she is at home all day, she still likes to look presentable to feel productive. Her outfit is from her yearbook pictures, and it is adorable! She wore a very flattering and cute floral blouse from TJ Maxx, with black ripped jeans from American Eagle. Lastly, she paired her outfit with timberlands from DSW.

I hope you guys enjoyed this blog post, even if it was delayed. Hopefully, these examples of back-to hybrid learning outfits gave you some outfit inspiration for the future. Not only can these outfits be worn in school, but they can be worn for parties or going out with friends/family. Once again, hope you enjoyed this blog post!

Xoxo,

Gabby Krystofiak
