5 Last Minute Halloween Costumes

Halloween is coming up and I never seem to have a good costume. Here are some easy last-minute costumes that you hopefully will have most of the items in your closet for. Due to COVID, I included masks that match all the costumes.

1. Lifeguard

This is a very simple costume but it has a lot of room for accessorizing. All you need is a lifeguard shirt/tank top and red shorts. Some accessories you could get are whistles, hats, fanny packs, pool floaties, and a mask. If you have a friend who is a lifeguard during the summer you can always steal some of their gear.

2. Tourist

This is a perfect last-minute costume. Everyone can find an old Hawaiian shirt in their dad's closet. All you need are some socks, sandals, khaki shorts, and a Hawaiian shirt. Some fun accessories could be a bucket hat, sunglasses, a camera, a fanny pack, a lei, and a mask!

3. Mummies

A very classic costume that would take less than 10 minutes to put together. All you need are a white skirt, a white top, and a white mask. Then wrap yourself in toilet paper! This one is very easy and can be done very quick

4. Athletes and Referees

Another great group costume! All you need is a jersey if you're a player and some face paint. If you're the referee then you need a striped shirt and a whistle. An extra accessory maybe a ball of the sport you would be playing. Don't forget your mask, sports teams have masks with the logo on them and it would be a perfect addition to a costume.

5. Hippie

Everyone has a tie-dye shirt somewhere in their house so this costume is perfect! Some fun accessories could be round sunglasses, a flower crown, a headband, and a tie-dye mask.
